Maryam Barekati, our president is an accomplished clinical and retail pharmacist and healthcare administrator with a broad experience for nearly a decade. She has been graduated with Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Shahid Beheshti Medical sciences, Tehran, Iran. She also holds Master’s degree in Health Administration from University of Toronto. As a clinical pharmacist her expertise lies in the areas of Neurology, Oncology and Pediatrics. She also works as a clinical pharmacist with the Alzheimer Society of Durham region since 2018. Maryam is fluent in Farsi and she speaks some French and Turkish.
